TheAEC-Weston JV is an SBA-certified 8(a) small, disadvantaged business designed and built to deliver quality, high-end technical environmental restoration services. This JV combines the strengths of the Mentor-Protégé team of Aerostar Environmental and Construction LLC (AEC) and Weston Solutions Inc. (Weston). AEC is an Alaska Native-owned, 8(a) SDB. Weston is a large business with a 65+ year history of providing infrastructure and environmental services. Both JV partners have extensive experience providing environmental services to Federal clients, ensuring low risk and high confidence of successful performance.
AEC-Weston JV is a prime contractor for GSA’s OASIS+ (8a – 47QRCA25DA002 and SB – 47QRCA25DS123) – a suite of government-wide, multiaward contracts developed to support procurement requirements for services-based solutions available for use by agencies throughout the federal government who hold a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA).
