Our standard cleaning session typically ranges from 2 to 8 hours, and it is typically completed by one cleaning crew. However, if you prefer to have two crews for your session, you will need to make two separate bookings of the same session.

If our cleaning crew arrives at your location and cannot access the premises or reach you after 45 minutes, the session will be automatically canceled without a refund. If you have any other activities scheduled for the same date & time as your cleaning session, it’s best that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll be happy to assist in rescheduling your session to a more convenient time.

We offer you the flexibility to choose between providing your own cleaning tools and materials or requesting our crew to bring them for an additional cost of RM26.50. If you decide to provide your own, please ensure you have the following items ready.

We only accept online payment via bank transfer, credit card or Maideasy Coins. We do not accept cash. All payments must be made from the app before your request can be opened to our crew.

You can email support@maideasy.my with your request. Please include your booking details (booking token, date, and email used to make the booking). We will provide your invoice within a week.

Yes! Maideasy handles all billing through industry-leading payment technology provided by Razer, Billplz and Braintree. Razer, Billplz Sdn. Bhd. and Braintree comply with the global data security standard – Payment Card Industry: Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) – and the Malaysian Payment System Act 2003.

If you book on short notice, there may be no available slots with our cleaners to fulfil your request. If this is the case, you will be required to choose a date and time further in the future. You can also make a booking at another time or date, and send us a message via our live FB Messenger live chat with your preferred time and date. We do our very best to provide you with a cleaner at the time and date of your preference.
